I would imagine that most people in the entire world are touched in some way, shape or form by infidelity.

So I am on a quest to write 100 books, most of which — but not all — will be on the subject of divorce. Can you imagine anybody writing 100 divorce books? I think this is not possible. I would not even try. Even though the subject of divorce and separation and marriage is a very fertile topic and there are so many different angles and nuances to it. So I think it is possible to get a ton of books out of the subject of divorce but I am not going to write 100 books on the subject of divorce. I will write 100 books some of which will be on the subject of divorce. But I have so many other things I would like to write about than just divorce.
In the compilation below, I have chosen just 10 Divorce books that you could find interesting. A few deal with divorce and custody, divorce & children which are subjects we have tackled quite a bit on Divorce Saloon, and which is a topic that will be explored in my next trilogy of books about divorce. At the end of this list, I provide you with the link to my blog about books I am working on where you can see what book I am up to. (I have decided to write 100 books! Though not all of them will be divorce books)
So, I have started a spin off blog on Blogger. How many blogs does this make that I am working on simultaneously? Don’t even ask. How long will I be blogging on it before I promptly forget I even have the blog and then I can’t remember the email and password to get into the […]
As many famous people can tell you, having a divorce tried in the court of public opinion is no fun. Just ask Johnny Depp, Ronald Perelman and Donald Trump. The book I am working on right now, How to Divorce Part 3, has a chapter on how to manage your divorce when it is being […]
Hi all, So I have been writing up a storm and it’s pretty cool because the subject of divorce has always been one that has interested me, hence, I suppose why I started this blog a decade ago and why I find it so easy to whip these puppies up! So. Tomorrow, I anticipate that […]
Hello all. I just finished book 2 of my 3 part series How to Divorce. I am so psyched! I hope one of our team will do a review of it. It will be in Kindle for 99 cents and Amazon books for $9.99 by Monday. I invite you to purchase a copy and write […]
THE DIVORCE DIET RE-VISITED I was reading the New York Times today and there was this article about the Divorce Diet a topic we covered a few years back. It got me to thinking about the topic again especially since I am working on Book 2 of my series on “How To Divorce” and believe it […]
Thousands of lawyers are in private practice and many of them struggle to succeed at it. It is really hard to make it these days. This is especially true of Divorce and Family law attorneys and this is probably because there is so much competition. Most people who put up their shingle don’t practice Energy […]
So one of my observations about lawyers is that some lawyers are clueless about the value (the sheer dollar value!) of their glasses and haircuts. That is a nice way of saying that a lot of lawyers carry themselves in a very “crappy” way – no offense – and they don’t understand why they don’t have […]
One of the mistakes I think a lot of lawyers make when they create their website is that they have a blind spot to the fact that potential clients are ethnically diverse. They fail to appreciate that when potential clients come to a website where they see ALL the lawyers are one race, or ALL the employees of […]
Recently, as I am prone to do, I was searching the Internet for news reports from America involving divorce and custody issues and came across an op ed written by actress Sofia Vergara’s ex fiancé, Nick Loeb, concerning an embryonic custody dispute the two were having. After reading Mr. Loeb’s New York Times Op Ed […]
Should you represent yourself in a contested divorce? It is difficult to say yes or no. It really depends. Here are a few things to consider: First of all, you are not a lawyer and you are not versed in the law. So you are bound to miss important issues and make mistakes that a […]
TEXAS: Skadden Arps Attorney Celso Gonsalez-Falla wins Hague Abduction Case involving a German/Gabonese couple
by Marion TD Lewis, Esq. I recently picked up a booklet at Skadden Arps’ Paris office called Skadden Pro Bono Report. In it, Skadden highlights its global network of attorneys’ pro bono projects. One featured article that caught my eye was a case handled by an attorney in Houston Texas named Celso Gonzalez Falla. It is […]
