Best Way to Cope With Divorce Stress
The Best Way to Cope With Divorce Stress, in my opinion, is with a little bit of ice cream. A lot of people don’t know how to deal with divorce stress and they have a lot of trouble handling all that anxiety. It is understandable.
Coping with divorce stress is not for the faint of heart. I don’t mean to trivialize it by suggesting that the best way to cope with divorce stress is to have ice cream. But ice cream is very calming. If you just sit in a quiet corner and slowly enjoy a little bit of ice cream, you will find your stress literally melting away with each tiny scoop of ice cream.
Many experts will give you advice on how to handle divorce stress. They will tell you that the best way to cope with divorce stress is to, for example, “be organized.” Or they will tell you the best way to deal with divorce stress is to “get support from your friends.” Or they will tell you the best day to cope with divorce stress is to use divorce mediation instead of trying a litigation/adversarial approach.
There are all sorts of techniques that will help to reduce your divorce stress.
But at the end of the day, I believe that the best way to cope with divorce stress is to have a daily serving of ice cream. Ice cream has always been the way I handle my own stress. Not too much. You do have to be disciplined as this can be very fattening if done in excess.
But one serving of ice cream per day is, hands down, the BEST WAY TO COPE WITH DIVORCE STRESS.

Remember only to indulge once per day and only have one serving. I am definitely not recommending that you pig out on ice cream to cope with divorce stress because that would be unhealthy. But a little bit, a tiny little bit, is nice. 🙂
