Jon Gosselin pretty much disbarred himself from Kate Gosselin’s good graces the minute he took up with that twenty-something woman and went off to France to cavort like in rabid adolescent. If I were Kate, that would pretty much be my position and I would stick to it. And I wouldn’t care if we had twenty five kids.
He embarrassed her, and their children, and made himself out to be some sort of “Roman Pleb” on an international stage and it should be a dealbreaker as far as I’m concerned. Sure, some accuse Kate of acting like a despot and turning him off and giving him an excuse for why he behaved the way he did; but I am not persuaded. But if I know women well, she will find it in her heart to forgive him and (gasp!) take the plebian back. But she will do so over my vociferations. And I’m usually right about these things.
My advice? Don’t take him back, Kate. It’s a mistake. He will hurt you again. But next time, it will be much worse than what he did this time. Plus, is this about him loving you and being regretful? Or is this about money and the show and TLC?
Cheat me once, shame on you. Cheat me twice, shame on me. Just you remember that maxim, Kate.
